All equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Do I need to bring any fishing gear, bait or any other equipment?
If I private charter a boat can I decide what we do?
Yes, when you private charter Blue Turtle it's for the exclusive use of you and your group. Please contact us to discuss what your requirements are.
What happens if I book a trip and the sea condition is rough or there is bad weather?
Trips run at the discretion of the skipper and passenger safety is paramount. If we cancel a trip, you will receive an email informing you the trip has been cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Where can I park my car?
There are various long stay car parks in Lyme Regis. Check out details of local car parks on the Love Lyme Regis website. Parking spaces in Lyme can fill up quickly during the busy summer months, so please allow plenty of time to park and walk to the end of the Cobb, ready to board at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
Where do trips depart?
All our boat trips leave from Victoria Pier which is situated at the end of the Cobb in Lyme Regis. Find your way to the harbour then walk along the Cobb harbour wall past Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium and the Fishing College. Please arrive 15 minutes before the trip departs.
